This program is intended for grade 11 pupils in the various institutions of our organization.

During this program, several meetings are held with the prospective graduates in which they are exposed to leadership exercises and empowering activities, while also having the opportunity to prepare and deliver the activities on these topics to their peers. 

The program culminates with a two-day walk, where the graduate award is bestowed upon the participants.

During the two-day walk, the prospective graduates take part in leadership-building experiences and are encouraged to show perseverance and the ability to overcome various challenges while living in nature.
