In the Nir HaEmek Youth Village, there is one family home with children aged 7-16. It operates under a comprehensive and broad organizational structure that runs in accordance with the Hamifal’s vision, and adds its own unique approach as part of a larger youth village.

According to the organization’s family educational model, the children live together with a parent couple and their biological children in one house.

The family home operates according to a model of a typical family cell and is supported by an educational-therapeutic rehabilitation model.

It was established about eight years ago in order to provide a home for 12 children from the Afula and greater valleys area.

The children enjoy both the variety of activities that take place in the village of WIZO Nir HaEmek and have the opportunity to experience an intimate setting that is so essential for their healthy development.
